Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Bright Dog Co. (brightdogco.com, “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information about visitors to this site. The site is operated by Banwart Productions LLC as an independent affiliate review and recommendation page.
Information we collect
Automatically collected
When you visit this site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs technical data including IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. This data is used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic analysis.
Cookies and tracking pixels
We use the following cookies and tracking technologies:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — measures aggregate site traffic, page views, scroll depth, and engagement so we can understand which content is helpful to visitors.
- Google Ads conversion tag — measures the performance of ads we run on Google Search, YouTube, and related Google properties. Tracks page views and clicks on our calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Pinterest tag (when active) — measures the performance of pins promoted on Pinterest. Tracks page views and CTA clicks.
- ClickBank affiliate tracking — when you click a call-to-action on this page, a ClickBank cookie is set that identifies us as the referring affiliate for 60 days. This lets the product vendor attribute any purchase you make to us so we receive a commission.
- Cloudflare session cookies — used for bot detection and basic site security.
What we do not collect
Bright Dog Co. does not currently operate an email list, contact form, or account system. We do not ask for or store names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or any other personal identifiers directly. Purchases are processed by ClickBank on a separate domain — we never see your payment information.
How we use information
- To measure which ads and pages drive clicks and purchases, so we can improve the page
- To attribute affiliate commissions to the correct ad source
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and automated traffic
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
Third parties
We rely on the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data:
- Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, CDN, analytics) — cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
- Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement, Google Fonts) — policies.google.com/privacy
- Pinterest, Inc. (Pinterest tag for ad measurement, when active) — policy.pinterest.com/en/privacy-policy
- ClickBank (affiliate tracking, purchase processing) — clickbank.com/legal/privacy-policy
Affiliate disclosure
Bright Dog Co. is an independent affiliate of Brain Training for Dogs by Adrienne Farricelli, sold through ClickBank. When you click a call-to-action and complete a purchase on the vendor's site, we receive a commission at no additional cost to you. The price you pay is the same whether you arrive through our site or directly. Our commission does not influence the product's operation, pricing, or refund policy.
Your rights
European Union / United Kingdom (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU or UK, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because we do not operate an email list or account system, the data we hold is limited to cookie-based tracking and technical server logs. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
California (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Cookie-based ad measurement through Google Ads, Pinterest, or similar advertising platforms may qualify as “sharing” under CPRA; you can disable this by adjusting your Google ad preferences, your Pinterest privacy settings, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.
Everywhere
You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to view this page, but may prevent us from measuring ad performance or attributing affiliate sales.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has interacted with our tracking, contact us and we will take steps to ensure any associated data is deleted.
International transfers
Bright Dog Co. is operated from the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your interaction data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States by our third-party providers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged in an updated notice on this page.
